With some questionnaires and surveys, I created user Personas which helped me gather statistics of user age groups and backgrounds. I implemented the Human-Centered Design method.

Sia Sar   |  Youtuber  |  39 years old.
Lives in Washington State. Married, has children.
She has difficulty using the app sometimes because It is hard to find some features of the app. She wishes to have an app that is easy to use and find things without looking too hard.
Kevin Mok  |  Photographer  |  21 years old.
Lives in Chicago. Has girlfriend.
He thinks the app could use a touch of clean and attractive design. He is not a fan of too much reading, “It breaks the experience”. He wishes to get the most out of this bank with an app soo simple to understand.
Project Goal
To make the app beautiful and easy to use irrespective of age or personality. In today's day and age, good design sets your brand apart, which means more profit.
Problem
A lot of unnecessary UI elements on most of the screens.

Some simple features were hard to find. For example, the “find ATM” option was hidden in the menu settings.
Solution
Fix UI/UX flaws, pick a new color spectrum and create a new selling Design. This is to help users have an efficient way of accessing vital features of the app while delivering a clean, friendly, and beautiful user experience design.
User Flows
The next steps in the timeline are
user flows. This helps in prioritizing what wireframes should be done first.
wireframes (how each page of the app should be laid out).
